Award-winning Baobab Studios Brings Galactic Catch to Meta Quest on June 29th

studio, Baobab Studios, announces the arrival of its intergalactic VR fishing game, Galactic Catch, coming to Meta Quest 2 on June 29th. Baobab has previously released VR experiences
Invasion!, Asteroids!, Jack, Crow: The Legend, Bonfire, Baba Yaga, and Namoo all to
commercial and critical acclaim.
Originally priced at $12.99, Galactic Catch is now available for wishlisting and pre-order with an
exclusive discount on the game and other Baobab VR experiences.
In Galactic Catch, players take on the role of a trusted robot on a mission to save their friends,
Mac and Cheez. Players can enjoy the challenge of catching 60+ unique cosmic fish across
unknown alien planets, crafting powerful fishing gear, and building out customized space
aquariums. Galactic Catch also features a 14 original song soundtrack from distinguished
composer, Rex Darnell. The first three tracks — “Shroom Lagoon Nights,” “Predator’s Peak,”
and “Crystal Cove” will be released ahead of launch on a popular streaming music platform.
Galactic Catch is the first game in the Invasion! Universe and expands on the original voice
acting, storyline, and beloved characters from fan favorite VR experiences, Asteroids! and
Invasion!.
